World's Worst - Cop Gives Ticket To Woman In Labor
Dec. 4: Three weeks ago, stranded in bumper-to-bumper traffic, state troopers told a pregnant woman and her husband they could drive slowly on the shoulder of Route 2 in Boston to get to the hospital faster since the woman was in labor. Todays Worst Person in the World wouldnt let it be that easy. Jennifer Davis was stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic on Nov. 18, her contractions just 3 minutes apart. Her husband, John, was trying to appear calm for his wife's sake, driving in the breakdown lane of Route 2. They pulled up behind a state trooper to ask whether they could continue using the lane to reach the next exit, near Alewife Station. Not only did the trooper say no, he gave them a $100 citation for driving in the breakdown lane, made them wait for their citation while he finished writing someone else's ticket, and even seemed to ask for proof of pregnancy, Jennifer Davis said. "He said, 'What's under your jacket?' I said, 'My belly,' " Davis said. "He waited and gestured with his head like, 'OK, let's see it.' He waited for me to unzip my jacket. I mean, it was so clear that I was pregnant." The Davises say the contretemps occurred after two other troopers they encountered had waved them along in the highway breakdown lane, allowing them to evade gridlock while advising them to be cautious and keep their hazard lights on. While State Police spokesman David Procopio declined to comment on the merits of this stop, he noted that state law prohibits driving in breakdown ...

A Toronto woman whose parking job outside a fitness centre became a YouTube hit has pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to report the collision. -------- of Richmond Hill was arrested in October after surveillance footage of her unfortunate park job at Extreme Fitness in Markham was handed over to the police. On Oct. 22, at around 11 am, she drove her dark blue BMW SUV into the parking lot. While trying to park opposite two vehicles, she drove her SUV over the hood area of a blue Hyundai Elantra and a Silver Dodge Neon, police say. The 62-year-old woman then fled the scene without reporting the crash. The owners of the other two vehicles returned later to find their cars smashed up beneath the front wheels of the SUV. Almost a week later, on Oct. 28, one of the victims told police he thought he saw the suspect that hit his car return to the parking lot. A subsequent investigation, boosted by the surveillance footage, led to Ms. Kaushal's arrest. She appeared before Justice ------ in a Newmarket courtroom Tuesday with her guilty plea. She was given a $500 fine and ordered to pay restitution to the two victims whose vehicles were damaged. She was also given six months probation and a driving prohibition between the hours of 7 pm and 7 am

Woman parking her car in a "tight" spot Actually, I've started recording this after some 4-5 minutes of her struggle, because I thought that she will do it after all. But, she didn't and I had to film it. So, yes, that's right, the whole "procedure" lasted for about 8 minutes:) You can imagine my regrets that I didn't start filming her even earlier. And, for those who are wondering, YES, it is indeed a woman. How can you know this? You can't, you will just have to trust my word. I am not a misogynist, but this person doesn't deserve to have a driving license.

I see drivers pull this manouvre often,and it drives those doing it right mad.But to see a so called instructors teaching a learner to do it is totally WRONG,i have seen well known driving schools do this as well.No wander there are so many idiots on the road,teach people to do it right INSTRUCTORS .Look at illustration 185 of the highway code to do it right unless road markings state otherwise of course.

Hi, This bike is phenomenal. I've never driven anything like it. It's a V-Twin with plenty of torque in the lower engine speeds, and is extremely light. It is so much fun to ride, and looks perfect! It was sold for $16k in 2007, so this is almost HALF PRICE. The bike has been maintained like clock-work, and rides perfect. It only has 2750 miles on it. The tires, fenders, fairings, gas tank, etc etc are all PERFECT! It has been stored inside since it's birth, and never seen rain. I have twin SBK pipes by Vance and Hines, and still have the originals. This bike growls when you ride it, and it's a true head-turner, since it's ITALIAN. Ryan ends his phone call, and Matt tells Ryan that Matt's date is starting to wonder why he's moving into this place. Ryan says he is too, but at least Matt won't be lonely. Ryan then looks out the window, sees the approaching Lorna and Kevin, and lets them inside. Lorna says she's there to see her sister, then remarks to Kevin that she's getting really good at saying that. Lorna asks if this is a party, and Dean tells her it's not.
