Lorna & Kevin at Dean & Jenna's; Ryan, Dean & Matt Snowball Fight--Enter Brett Gardner
Ryan is on the phone with a repairman saying tomorrow is fine if the guy doesn't mind moving frozen bodies away from the boiler. Jenna draws a thermometer reading 82 degrees on the wall, and Dean brings out a space heater. Ryan ends his phone call, and Matt tells Ryan that Matt's date is starting to wonder why he's moving into this place. Ryan says he is too, but at least Matt won't be lonely. Ryan then looks out the window, sees the approaching Lorna and Kevin, and lets them inside. Lorna says she's there to see her sister, then remarks to Kevin that she's getting really good at saying that. Lorna asks if this is a party, and Dean tells her it's not. It's a bunch of people that are getting really close because they're huddling together to get warmth. Jenna tells Dean to remember what Frankie said: act as if. Matt wants to go outside and then come back in again, but Lorna says there's not much of a difference between inside and outside. Matt drags Dean outside, and Lorna and Jenna work out their Felicia schedule--Jenna will stay with her tonight (Kevin jokes that Jenna can take her coat off there), and Lorna agrees to take tomorrow. Ryan hears the ruckus outside and fears the neighbors are mobilizing, but Jenna tells him it's just the children playing in the snow. Dean and Matt are having a snowball fight. Ryan goes outside, and Matt nails him in the chest with a snowball, so Ryan joins the snowball fight, and it's Ryan against Dean and Matt. Kevin says the tenants are ...
